BIOGRAPHY

My name is Jonas Ramin Malek (*1999 in Münster, DE) and I work as a freelance drummer in the live and studio sector. Since I was 18, I have been teaching drums and percussion at music schools and as a private teacher.

I have been playing drums since I was 4 years old and have received comprehensive instrumental training from Jan Gabriel (JGU Mainz, DE) for almost 14 years. In addition, I have taken part in several workshops and master classes from renowned and internationally known drummers such as Thomas Lang, Jost Nickel, Mike Johnston, Virgil Donati and "Iron Maiden" drummer Nicko McBrain in order to develop myself both on the instrument and in music education aspects.
