INSTRUCTION
In my drum lessons, I impart my in-depth expertise and versatile playing techniques in a sensitive and relaxed manner, addressing each student and their individual needs.
A variety of styles and cross-genre rhythms are taught, often in conjunction with open-handed playing.
To support my teaching, I use the textbooks from the "Modern Drumming" series by Diethard Stein and, depending on the age and technical level of my students, the books "Small Drum from the Beginning" by Jörg Fabig and the "Rudimental Primer" by Mitchell Peters. I also sometimes use some other textbooks for play-alongs.
Of course, I am always open to suggestions from my students and let their musical interests inspire my teaching concept.
True to the motto: "Practice makes perfect!" I am strictly against a minimum age for learning an instrument and I warmly welcome everyone, young or old, to my drum lessons.
I look forward to welcoming everyone!
